Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, one number puts you through to an engineer in your area, who will deal with your service or order. As well as ABB motors, you can also order variable speed drives, bearings, transmission equipment and specific drive equipment such as pumps and gearboxes.

Delivery Policy

Quantum Controls give you access to the market’s widest range of motors from 0.09 to 710kW. You’ll also get a fast delivery.

Within 3 hours for motors up to 37kW
Within 24 hours for motors up to 132kW
Within 72 hours for motors up to 400kW

Warranty Policy

All motors purchased from Quantum Controls come with a extensive warranty. Our general purpose motors have an 2 year warranty and the process performance motors have an 3 year warranty.

Warranty Procedure

Our warranty procedure is very easy to follow and with the warranty team working quickly and efficiently, we can guarantee minimum down-time.

Motor Failures

Simply report the failure by faxing a copy of the warranty claim form to our office ensuring the order number is filled in. Our team will investigate the failure and provide a quick solution.

If the Warranty is Agreed

We will replace or repair the motor – whichever is the most suitable for both parties.

Transport Charges

Please note, if the motor is damaged during transportation, this must be reported within 3 days of delivery to substantiate any claim against the carrier.

M3000 Motors

The motors in ABB’s M3000 range are high quality products customised to fit the individual users needs. All M3000 motors comply with EFF1, the EU’s highest efficiency class – which translates into cost savings and better environmental compatibility. Rugged design and solid construction make for years of trouble-free operation, even in critical environments. 2 & 4 pole up to 110kW are available from Quantum Controls.

New features include:

• Improved cooling for extended component life and better protection from overheating
• Increased bearing lifetime and longer re-greasing intervals

M2000 Motors General Purpose Motors

ABB’s general purpose motors are readily available from central stock at Quantum Controls. While designed for standard and straightforward uses, the motors can be modified to meet most specifications. Built to the highest manufacturing standards, the general purpose motors use the best materials sourced from around the world. This brings a quality and reliability that can see motors operating for over 30 years. Competitively priced, the motors meet EFF2 energy efficient classification, with EFF1 as an option.
